Important

You should be aware that to be admissible, your report must be serious and factual.

Your report is a serious undertaking and may have implications for the persons concerned.

If you use the system in good faith, you will not be punished in any way.

On the other hand, misuse or use in bad faith may have repercussions depending on the circumstances.

For your information, the admissibility of the alert will be assessed on the basis of the following points:

  • Does the report describe a harmful situation?
  • Is the situation described sufficiently serious?
  • Does the report include any documentation (photo, document, video, etc.)?
  • Is the report made in good faith?

In order to respect confidentiality and your legitimate rights, all reports will be rigorously analysed.

Each alert has its own discussion system for sending and receiving messages.

Only the designated contact person will receive the information you send us via the form. You will be able to track your report and communicate with the referee using the confidential code generated by the platform when you submit your report. These exchanges respect the choice of the whistleblowers if they wish to remain anonymous.

If the whistleblower has reason to fear that revealing their identity would be prejudicial to them, they may submit their report anonymously. In this case, the alert will only be processed if it provides sufficiently precise details of the facts and behaviour mentioned, as part of the review of its admissibility by the Reporting Officer.
